The office is open from 8:15 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. On those days we close the office from 12:00 noon until 1:30 p.m. for lunch. On Fridays our hours are 8:15 to 3:00 and we are open through the lunch hour for those patients who need to make a noon appointment.

It would be helpful for you to know that the staff has been trained to classify appointments according to the type of service requested. If at any time you feel that an emergency has arisen, please tell the appointment secretary so that prompt action may be taken. For a routine appointment or physical exam the period of time required to obtain an appointment may vary.

We try to stay on schedule. Sometimes an emergency will arise, causing delays in the schedule. We ask your understanding in this matter.

Please assist us by being on time for your appointment. We welcome new patients. If you choose us as your providers, we suggest that arrive early for your appointment so that you will have time to complete an information form before you see the provider. If you have been under the care of another provider, we may ask that you give us permission to request the transfer of some of your records to us.

If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible. If you are more than twenty minutes late we will try to reschedule you that day. There will be times that this is not possible and we may have to schedule your appointment for another day. This allows us to be of service to other patients.
